Gaslamp Village Web Design Studio first opened it's doors in Medicine Hat, Alberta, in the Fall of 2003. Our name travelled fast after being the design team responsible for designing the Official Fan Club website for 2004 Canadian Idol winner, Kalan Porter.

In the Spring of 2004, we became a 'partner company' with GPC Computer Works (a computer programming and repair company in Redcliff, Alberta) after they began receiving a larger than normal amount of requests for web design and web hosting services. The blending of our companies worked wonderfully as it has allowed us the opportunity to do anything from web design to website hosting and new site registrations.

In the Fall of 2007 we once again joined forces with another local business, Live Ink Designs, in order to also offer our clients all print related services, thus resulting in more consistency in their advertising and marketing strategies.



Our Main Focus At Gaslamp Village Web Design Studio has always been to provided our customers with affordable websites that are not only functional and easy to navigate, but also aesthetically pleasing and 100% original in order to set them apart from their competitors. We also strive to offer our clients the best service and stress free "Web Site Creation" experience possible. From registering domain names, providing affordable web hosting at very competitive prices, looking after domain name renewals, managing e-mail accounts, transferring existing domains or hosting to our servers, and training those who wish to maintain and update their websites themselves. Entertainment Promotions Division
In the summer of 2005 we expanded things once again by splitting Gaslamp Village Web Design Services/Entertainment Promotions into two separate companies. Gaslamp Village Web Design Studios now handles only web related services while our new affiliate company Funk n' Hot Entertainment Promotions handles all of our entertainment promotions clients.
